Return Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our product, we do not accept returns. In the event you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you must contact us within 10 days of receiving your order. Shipping Policy
Our shipping hours are Monday through Friday during normal business hours. Orders placed before 3pm CST are typically shipped the same day. If we experience a high volume of orders, please allow up to 3 business days for order processing. We use UPS and USPS for shipping, but please be aware that once the package is in their possession, the shipping and transit times are beyond our control.

I am a very enthusiastic home cook and am currently working my way through The Wok by Kenji Alt-Lopez. I purchased this product to use in several of the recipes. I only eat seafood caught and processed in the US. Whenever possible, I prefer wild caught. I fully support the US seafood industry!
This product exceeded my expectations. The shrimp are uniform in size, color, and texture. There is no grit or debris. They are wonderful as a snack. Used them in Pad Thai and they were outstanding.
